All bookings must be accompanied by a payment of 30% of the price of the stay. The receipt of this payment implies the acceptance of the booking only so far as places are available. If the booking is accepted, the the rest is due no later than 2 days before departure, with no reminder from us. If we have not received the full payment 2 days before departure AET NATURE reserves the right to cancel the booking without paying compensation. If the booking is made less than 15 days before departure the full price  must be paid at the time of booking.
 

Cancellation charges:                                                       For any  tour cancellation by passengers, the following charges will apply accordingly:                                                          More than 30 days prior to departure 45€                                29-3 days prior to departure 50% of the travel
2  days prior to departure 100% of the travel

AET NATURE has taken out insurance with "Mutuelles du Mans" N°07605766  in order to cover the consequences of public liability that it could incur in its activity as a tour organizer. N° Jeunesse et Sport: 020302

Insurance                                                                               The subscription of a travel insurance is strongly recommended to cover trip cancellations, personal baggage, personal accidents, injury & illness.                                                                                                                                       

Trip  file                                                                              We will send you this folder within 2-3 weeks before the departure date after receipt of the down or full payment.    This trip file includes: detailed walking route notes and  information about the area, a comprehensive list of what to take with you, information and contact details of the different accommodations where you will stay.

AET NATURE reserves the right to change itineraries, travel arrangements, hotels reservations. If necessary or in the case of major force, the company reserves the right to cancel any tour prior to the date of departure for any reasons, including an insufficient number of participants, should this happen all payments already made will be refunded without further obligations by AET NATURE
