Day 1: Saturday

The Roya and Nervia valleys are situated in the Southern Alps in the hinterland of the French

and Italian Riviera

The rail, road and airport networks from the UK to us are all very good,   

so  you have a big choice of how to get here. Fly to the nearest airports or take a train to the nearest train stations and then you either rent a car or make the transfer with us. Having a car in the valley is generally recommended.

We can arrange trains and rent cars for you or book flights.

We can also help with information and advice about airport parkings or airport hotels.

The nearest city is Nice, the nearest airport is Nice International Airport. the nearest TGV station

is Nice and the local train station is Ventimiglia (40mn from Nice)

Day 2: Sunday

Canyoning Audin: easy

Private microbus (10mn) to the entry of the Audin, ideal for families (children minimum age 8 years). Lots of jumps (maxi 8m) toboggans (one of 10m ), no abseiling.

The color of the water (you can drink it!), the size of the natural swimming pool, the temperature of the water (20°C in summer) make for one of the most popular trips of the region. 35mn-walk, back 15mn. Duration 3h

Day 3: Monday

Canyoning Fanghetto: easy

Private micro bus (15mn) to the entry of the Fanghetto, ideal for families (children minimum age 8 years) Lots of jumps (maxi 8m) toboggans, abseiling maxi 10m.

The color of the water (you can drinkit!), the size of the natural swimming pool, the temperature of the water (20°C in summer). 40mn-walk, back 5mn. Duration 3h

Day 4: Tuesday

Private micro bus (35mn) to Casterino. Hiking in the Mercantour National Park, in the "Vallée des Merveilles" to discover the engravings dating from the Bronze Age, wild animals, ibex, chamois, marmot, eagle, thousands of flowers. Duration 5/6h, difference in altitude 600m

Day 5: Wednesday

Rafting Roya : less difficult

Transfer (10mn) to the River Roya.

We generally use 2-place-rafts called canoe raft or hot dog. But you can try the "airboat" which is a very funny and sporty individual raft. Your mini raft allows you  to  go down on one of the river: the Roya.

The mini raft   is  available  to everybody, including  children from 10 years old,  accompanied  by their parents. You must be a good swimmer however.

The descent lasts approximately 2 hours for 6 km.

Day 6: Thursday

Free day :

Mercantour National Park  (35mn), seaside in Italy  (25mn), swiming pool in Breil sur Roya (5mn), market in Italy...

Day 7: Friday

Canyoning Barbaria: less difficult

Transfer  (35mn) to  Barbaria called the "Tropical canyon". Lots of jumps (maxi 8m) toboggans (one of 5m ), abseiling (maxi 8m) Duration 3h, 20mn-walk, back 10mn.

Difficulty: Everyone can do it, the knowledge of the rope technique is not  necessary. Your guide, who is always at your disposal, will  teach you in a short time. You must be a good swimmer however.

Equipment: The personal equipment  should include: one pair of tennis shoes  for walking  in the water  and  one swimsuit. The rest of the equipment will be supplied according to the personal  information you will give: your size and your weight.

Group:  Alone or with a group (1 guide for every 8 persons)

Price: 493 € per person in double room

         443€ children from 8 - 12 years

Included: the guide, the equipment, the transfers, 5 picnics,  6 times half board in hotel or farmhouse, the insurance
